Hi Marianne, firstly apologies, I completely missed your question! The dress is definitely sized due to the waistband closure. May fit up to a 10, but definitely a small. Thanks!

Suggest over a tank top, shorts, skirt or slim leg black pants. Could also look great layered over a black maxi skirt/tank. It's definitely a statement item! Thanks.

Lying flat the waist measurement is 33cm. Note it has two elastic panels at back so will be more generous than flat measurement. Sass and Bide's size guide on their website says size 8 waist measurement is 67cm.
