Stunning purple and black piaggi dress by WORLD. Made in NZ. Size XS. Has been professionally adjusted at the shoulder to lift the low neck for my short stature but it is sadly still too low. Around knee length, thicker material that hugs your figure but drapes in all the right places. This is a beautiful flattering style. Absolutely gorgeous
