Lovely formal/office/evening pleatedtop with frill around bottom. Elegant style and very versatile. Loose fit so comfortable and easy to wear. Hardly worn if worn at all. Pleats down the two sides of the front of the top with a beaded edge alongside the row of tiny buttons. Needs a little bit of an iron! Fabric is 49% viscose, 31% rayon.
