These are iconic Alemais linen pants, such fun and easy to wear. They're designed with an elasticated, drawstring waist and fall in a straight leg for an easy fit. They have the most gorgeous enamel flowers on the drawstring (see pic). I have three pairs of Alemais and haven't got to wear these ones much. The sizing is 6 but I'm an 8 and they fit well. Excellent condition.

Could you provide a waist measurement of the pants please as well as a measurement when the elastic is stretched. Thanks! Also an inseam length on the leg would be helpful. I am a size 8 but only 5 foot 2 " and it would be a pity to have to hem too much of that beautiful pattern

Hi Donna, of course, I'm happy to provide measurements but I'm away until Jan 7th. You're right, it's such a beautiful pattern around the bottom. I'm 5ft 5.5 and they are a perfect length on me in flats so I suspect you'd lose a bit unfortunately. I'm happy to take a pic of the bottom section next to a ruler so you can get an idea. Thanks Jane. I don't think shortening the pants would unduly affect the overall design. But I am most interested in the waist measurements. Although they are drawstring pants, I don't like pants to fit tight. I usually wear a Size 8.

Hello, would you please share some actual photos of the pants? My typical size is a 10, although sometimes I wear an 8. Would you please clarify if the pants are a size 8 or a 6? If they are a size 6 /TTS 8, I will likely need to cancel the offer as I believe it would be too small for me.
