This divine skirt was bought from Smith & Caughey a few years ago to wear to a special wedding. It is 3 tiered with panels of fabric with applique scattered flowers in red, pink & green leaves. The skirt has a double layer bottom flare which gives it a luxurious rustle sensation as you move! The skirt is has an elasticized waist band, & has a built in underskirt. Size 12, Length 66cms.
