Hey! Yeah there is! And also the skirt starts just above the hips and flares out. The whole dress has stretch in the fabric

Let me know if you need anything else :) this dress has been waiting years to be worn again, so when I took it out to look at the size it says 8, although I’ve been a size 10 my whole life and it fits me. As the listing description suggests, the under skirt has stretch. It has also been dry cleaned since its last wear x
