Perfect condition. Worn once. Size is XS on the tag, fits a size 6. Fully lined. The fabric tag has been tag off but I would say they are a cotton blend pair of shorts. You can tie the two parts into a bow at the back or front of the shorts. These sit on the hips, not high waisted.
