Hello - It might, I am not sure. Sorry! I think it would depend. Can you compare the measurements against something you have? I have just laid it flat and the middle section - the waist below the detail is 38cm across. I think it would fit an 8 at the top - I would not be sure about the waist. Hope this helps.
