The first hole is slightly more open than the rest, but nothing crazy/too gapey. Only (teeny tiny) mark is a darker pink spot on the back. (I assume it's a small leather dye fault that it came with). Practically unnoticeable. See second to last photo. Belt is a shiny golden metal, with a dangling, hooked chain of the same material. Sold out everywhere. It's a true KW collector's item!
