Hello, this is nice but is it meant to be worn as a coat or a dress do you think?

It’s a coat by design but you can wear it as a blazer dress as the photos, just need a pair of shorts or tights for extra security and you’re good. Make sure to check your burst measurements with the one provided in the description for a better fitting cause the top can be quite loose and revealing if you’re on the smaller side and wanting to wear it as a dress.
