Hello - and so sorry for the late reply we have been away and then unwell. The jacket is designed to be a little bulkier around the shoulders and then narrower at the waist if you zipped it up. It is generally worn open but if zipped gives a more cropped look. The fit would look oversized on a 10 or below and more snug on a 14 depending on body shape around the waist. I hope this helps!
