Brand new. Only tried on once and unfortunately I do not suit. Gorgeous style and perfect for summer! Small makeup mark on neckline but would come out in a wash. Big fit so would suit a 8-12. Also comes with a white slip to wear underneath. Can be worn either way, ties at front or back.
