This is a fun dress: It is more of a burgandy colour rather than red like pictured. The flutter sleeves and ruffle at the bottom are fun, and the scuba material with the lining make it comfortable as well as forgiving. Can fit a 12 or a 16 but looks best on a 14. Pictured on a 10.
