Are thru a narrow fit and what is the heel height plse?

They are a normal fit width wise. I’m on the narrow side and they fit me well. They would not fit a wide fit as well. Heel height goes up in a gentle slope from 3.5cm-5cm. They are not too high and very comfortable.
