Black Silk Maxi Dress

Black silk maxi dress size 12, could possibly fit a small size 14. Purchased last November from a boutique in Queensland, Australia for $AUS175 I've worn it once to a function and had it dry-cleaned afterwards. The label on the dress doesn't give an indication of the brand (see photo) and the care label is black with black writing so unreadable! The boutique owner said that the dress was Italian and silk but I can't conform that. The dress is unlined but can be worn without a slip, the fabric drapes beautifully. Refer photos.
