Hiya! Sure, the heel height according to the website is 8cm. It also has a back panel gusset allowing another 1cm stretch for comfort in the calf. Hope that helps x

Hiya! Do you mean the foot length? From to toe to heel it is 26.5 cm. Hopefully that helps
