Vintage English Wool/Cashmere Cape

My Mum bought this from the iconic flagship H&J Smiths department store in Invercargill, in the 1970s. It was made in NZ under the quality Heritage Apparel Co. Ltd. label, from the “Finest Wool and Cashmere” from England. Quality tailoring holds the cape shape, and enjoy special features such as gold piping, subtle top button, and internal pockets. The cape feels heavy and warm, a perfect winter garment. There are minor signs of age/use consistent with age, see photos, which is reflected in the price – but if you’re wearing this beautiful garment, no one will care about such small details!
