Vintage Marilyn Sainty black cotton skirt, the fabric is kinda padded and puffy! Falls to knee length or just below it, and the front folds over and buttons then ties into place. Really lovely thick soft fabric. Great condition, the tie is coming away in one spot but could be hand stitched. Doesn’t affect the function as it’s connected elsewhere! Marked size 14, best for 12-14 I’d say.
