Decjuba black short sleeve wrap dress with waist tie. Size 8. There is a hook and eye to keep the bodice of the dress closed when worn. There is a small hand stitched split in the one waist tie as shown in photos. It was purchased with the flaw but it's never been a problem whilst wearing it.
