Hey, I would say this dress would fit a large 6-small 12. I think it would more depend on height as to whether it would suit a larger size than the tag. I am 170cm tall and a size 8 currently. For reference I have worn a size 6 in this style/fabric/brand when I was a size 10 and it looked good.
