With Jean Isabella dress Great condition looks barely worn Purchased second hand but the size tag is missing and it’s a bit bigger than I thought. Best fit would be a 10-12 in my opinion. I am an 8 and the chest area is just a bit too loose.

I think it would as I basically have no bust hence too loose in that area for me.

Hi, it is hard to say as it is a larger size on me in general, therefore is not too short. I think it is a standard mini dress length though. I can measure the dress if you like.
