Blue cotton denim chambray, tiered skirt. Elasticated waistband. Organic cotton and hemp. Selling as never wear it. Great skirt, I have it in another pattern and wear that all the time. Having a clear out, so it must go. Will upload pics of the actual skirt. Fit would be 12, 10 would be loose but doable. 14 would fit well as well as good stretch in the waistband.
