No fabric label - feels like a wool blend or probably a viscose fabric. These are low rise with a straight leg. Can be worn with or without turn-up at hem. Measures: Waist: 34in / 87cm Rise: 7in/ 18cm Leg opening: 16in/ 41cm Inseam: 30.5in/ 78cm Not really fitting as the marked size- these are good on me and I'm generally a size 10. They fit very small for size.
