What's the fabric, please? And what are the waist and hip measurements? Thank you

Hi, unfortunately the fabric tag has been cut but I would guess it is a cotton blend with no stretch. Measurements are tricky as the waist is elasticated but when unstretched and lying flat it is approx 32cm and 54cm fully stretched out. Hip again is tricky as it has a ruched centre designed to drape but max width would be 58cm.
