Lovely shirt dress from Sylvester label (old Sylvester vs new one). One of those items I purchased hoping to fit it one day but sadly has never been worn, the petrol colour is lovely and nice style with long sleeve and gather detail waist tie gives as much or as little shape as you want, pleats in back and rounded hemline. Fabric is a heavier weight polyester so good for autumn/winter. Size is 16, and true to size, if you like things roomier could also suit 14.
