Hi. Im usually a size 12 (more like a 13 but not quite a 14). Im 179cm tall and need a long leg on the pants. Which size would ou recommend of these two and what is the length of the inseam please?

Hey there, I would say the large should be fine. The inseam of all sizes is 79cm. The half waist measurement lying flat is 41cm for the large and 43cm for XL if you wanted to check against a pair of yours 😊
