Only worn a couple of times just don’t like the style on me. I got this last year, I believe it’s called Montana Wrap Coat. Black size s. It has a dome closure at the front and comes with a tie to wrap but there isn’t any belt loops. A tiny bit of foundation on the inside of the collar which I couldn’t get off but you might have better luck.
