Is this solid 9ct gold ? Can you add a picture of the stamp inside? Do u still have the original purchase receipt

Hi, solid 9ct rose gold. I added a photo of the stamp '375'. Hi ring size is wicken size small as listed, which is a UK M and US 6. No chips or damages to the stone as per photos
