HOWEVER HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY RE SIZED TO FIT EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE 12, as I bought a smaller size 12 and had it resized to a 12. I have never worn it, despite trying it on several times. Again label is a size 14 but is resized to a 12 professionally
