Monsoon embroidered vest size 12 (but small fitting - see measurements) could be worn open on a size 12 if you don't want a fitted look, otherwise looser on an 8-10 Navy with red and green embroidered floral the armholes are quite small\\ armhole 22 cm across u/arm to u/arm 49 cm length 56 cm (was as new, but one wash gave the navy that wash fade look slightly)
