Belt included. High neckline, lace detail, ruffle hem, and functional buttons at the back. Has beautiful bird and floral burgundy print. Gorgeous gathered puffy sleeves. Fabric has no stretch. Size XS. Comes with a detachable waist belt. Can be worn loose or cinched at the waist. Fitted at the underarms and loose everywhere else. 100% organic cotton voile.
