Donovan Skirt by Ruby in Khaki. Cotton & nylon blend - a good iron and she would look fantastic! The drawstrings on the front are adjustable, so you can fit the length how you like. Has a tiny mark on the front of skirt (seen in the last picture) but is barely noticeable.
